Left my duck buddy and rode Bridgnorth cliff rail to the shops (walked
back) then followed Severn again. Oyster like shells broken all over
the place. Cut mole on arm and performed minor field surgery
successfully. Campsite no good again but friendly farmer has put me up
in backyard. Meant to say, had my first car pass screaming SCRUBBERS
the other day with gesture, good stuff. Big wet day tomorrow. Might
even have a wash.

"Scubbers" is definitely a hint. Or something. Anyway, glad to hear you're alive and trekking - I have been following, but not commenting - ultimately I'm impressed you took your arse back to Cheddar and haven't missed any bits.
Opening moles is probably not a good idea, but band aids can solve many crises.
Seems you're now unable to avoid populated areas - but as you approach Scottishland you should encounter more insane people.
