JULY 30TH - THE YORKSHIRE DALES

Lost track of when I last did this, Virgin not well served out here.
Last few nights were Hebdon Bridge, Foulridge, Malham, Something
Ribble, and tonight Hawes. Currently stood on top of Wether Fell being
buzzed by fighters and munching Kendal Mint Cake, the hiker's crack
cocaine. Possible day off tomorrow if nice village. Met some more
friendly hikers, eaten every flavour of Super Noodle, and reached
Thatcher in my 100 years of politics book.

It's not much of a decline from Kendall Mint Cake to snorting refined sugar - beware!

Where will your trajectory have you the first weekend in September? I'm planning.

Horton-in-ribblesdale? Seems likely.

In other news, the map has progressed to a new zoom level, and you've apparently walked 420 miles as the crow flies. Presumably it's a good deal more than that in real miles. Strong work!
