Enjoyed a happy day off with my Kiwi cousin, also on UK travels, with
the finest camp cooked meal of the journey. Today crossed the border
into Cumbria past spectacular hills. The Scottish midge has found its
way south and is a pain nightly after 8. I should reach Hadrian's Wall
by Monday, followed by some monstrous forest.
